We began March with World Book Day. Fifth class all dressed as their favourite characters and also read with the younger classes in the hall.
We had fun sharing our favourite books with the class and discussing our favourite characters in stories.
We participated in engineer’s week and also celebrated Seachtain na Gaeilge.
For Engineers week we watched interactive videos from Engineers Ireland and completed STEM challenges.
For Seachtain na Gaeilge we played games, created art work and performed for “Lá Glas”. Miss Garrahy also taught us a few Irish dancing steps!
March has been a very busy month and we are all looking forward to the Easter Holidays.
We created some “Funky Bunny Art” to help us get into the celebration mode!
